After first announcing to customers, we would like to officially publicize the news that QuoScient’s Threat Intelligence Operations Team (QuoINT) is spinning off from QuoScient to become the standalone company QuoIntelligence GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany. Consequentially, QuoScient Technologies will soon be re-branded as QuoIntelligence Technologies and will remain an incorporated company in the US.
This step follows a strategic in-depth review of the Intelligence Operations Service where the Board of Directors determined a separation is advantageous to capitalize on growth opportunities in the rapidly changing cyber threat landscape. As a new company, QuoIntelligence will now have a targeted mission in threat intelligence, focused resources directly funded by a venture capitalist, and greater flexibility to achieve future success in the cybersecurity sector. This spin-off and supplemental re-branding reflect the company’s mission to provide finished intelligence, tailor-made to decision makers. Now more than before, we can focus all our resources on this mission and the promise to customers.
“From a side business, we are now an independent start-up with all the resources dedicated to our mission: providing the best Intelligence to our clients. Our existing customers will only see benefits, starting already from the following weeks with the rollout of our new Client Portal”
Marco Riccardi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
The re-branding of the QuoINT team into the QuoIntelligence company includes a top-to-bottom redesign of the website, logo, communications and correspondence, and threat intelligence portal. During this short transition phase, please excuse some of our product banners as some will be slower to completely phase out the QuoScient branding (i.e. the Weekly Intelligence Snapshot). We apologize for any confusion this may cause and we thank you for your understanding.
We would like to thank our valued customers for their continued support, as without their trust and constant feedback we would not be able to make this incredibly important step towards our future.
