QuoIntelligence, a leading provider of cyber threat intelligence, today announced it has been identified as a Representative Vendor in the 2021 Gartner “Market Guide for Security Threat Intelligence Products and Services” report1.
According to this Market Guide report: “Threat intelligence (TI) should be a core function of the modern security operations center (SOC), and security programs that underestimate the value of it will find it hard to effectively mitigate threats. Based on Gartner’s latest forecast, TI spending is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 15.8% to reach $2.6 billion by 2025.”
“We are thrilled to be included in the latest edition of this report,” said Marco Riccardi, CEO and Founder, QuoIntelligence. “We believe being named by Gartner as a Representative Vendor reinforces our solution’s value to our customers.”
Some of the report’s key findings
- Organizations are drowning in data and information, which is not the same as intelligence, resulting in poor operational use of the data and information to which they have subscribed
- TI programs are often considered a luxury and not recognized or used during the development of security operation programs or business cyber risks
- Threat actors continue to experience large-scale success against targets, due in large part to divided competitors and industries that do not work together or share threat information
“We believe being recognized as a Representative Vendor shows QuoIntelligence is going in the right direction,” continued Riccardi. “It sets the scene for our plans in 2022, which include new products and services, continued excellence in customer service and developing ever-closer relationships with our customers.”
